Wet Day at Cottonwood

Was a rainy and wet day for a run but , decide to go for it anyway. The rain seemed to be easing off for a while . So Steve a I started out the footing was not too bad and the mist was lifting a little . We had parked at the Beechwood Trail head and did the upper loop to the ball fields first then out to the end of the trail . Steve was having a little trouble with his glasses fogging up and was busy at times trying to wipe and keep them clean of the moisture.
Once at the end we did our usual loop of Beaver Dam trail then headed for the bridge over the wetlands and up and down Highland trail and back across the bridge and finished up coming back in Pine Cone trail. The run is about 4 1/2 miles . Like ever run when it is over you glad you did it. Real enjoyable run today.
Here are a few pictures not the best but conditions were not either..
